  • The Museum parking area and nearby public parking areas are available (relatively few)
  • Do not self drive to museums and heritage sites as they are located in crowded old city areas and parking is a scarcity there; you are rather advised to use public transport.
  • Wear easy to slip in and out footwear as many places would need you to remove your footwear.

Dubai is home to the world’s biggest mall, tallest hotel, largest aquarium, highest restaurant, highest nightclub and highest observation point.  It is also the city where you will find world’s tallest residential tower, biggest indoor snow park, and the biggest indoor ski-resort.  Dubai also has the world’s largest man-made island, highest water fountain and the second largest artificial marina. For the thrill-seekers, the world’s fastest roller coaster and the world’s biggest entertainment zone are in Dubai too.  In other words, there is more than enough for a couple to explore together and create memories that will last a lifetime and more.

Couples can begin their romantic experience by choosing to stay in any of the resorts or hotels along the coast, which gives them breathtaking views of golden sunrises and sunsets over the Arabian Gulf. They can also marvel at the world tallest structure, the Burj Khalifa, across the shimmering waters and even choose to go up on the observation deck to be among the clouds together.  When the night falls, a cruise on a boat or dhow softly gliding over the waves will offer them the unforgettable view of millions of city lights that come alive on the buildings dotting the shoreline.

Dubai truly gives the couples a feeling of being in another world, where things hitherto seen only in movies and books spring up right before their eyes; from the most expensive supercars to soft drinks with real gold dust, from gigantic aquariums that allow scuba diving inside them to ATMs that dispense gold bars, the city conjures up one magical moment after the other. The most exclusive, the most enviable romantic dinners are to be had in Dubai, like the one at the At.Mosphere on the 123rd floor, the highest restaurant in the world. Those looking for a ‘higher’ action can go shake a leg or two at the world’s tallest nightclub on the 143rd floor. Coming down to the ground level, a desert safari with dune bashing can give a real adrenaline rush, as will spending a few minutes inside the wind tunnel for a simulated skydiving.  When it’s time to return, the two some can hunt for bargains in either the world’s biggest malls in the city or the smallest souks on the by lanes of Old Dubai to pick up things for their family, friends, and their own sweet little home.
