The menu is divided into traditional Emirati dishes for a real taste of local food, and an International section offering dishes made with local ingredients. From spice mixes of Ras Al Khaimah, fresh fish and seafood from Shindagha market, locally grown produce, and homegrown meats, this is by far our new favorite spot for Emirati eating!

We already have some favorites at Aseelah! The pan roasted quail salad is our definition of juicy and tender, coming with a pistachio stuffing, pumpkin puree, cinnamon jus and glazed beets, and making for a great combination of sweet, peppery and delicate flavors. For something a bit more local to start with, the Maleh salad, made with preserved local fish on a bed of green mango and lettuce is another fantastic choice for an interesting dish that is full of contrasting tastes. And the camel stew, served with mashed potatoes, is a must try if you’ve never sampled this kind of meat before!

Aseelah at Radisson Blu Deira is a must visit for anybody wanting an authentic taste of the cuisine of UAE. The place is so elegantly done and the ambiance is great. The food is even better and the desserts are a specialty. Visit for a nice evening with family and friends to enjoy some great food and enjoyable belly dance.
